With established partnerships with steam boiler and thermal heater designers, we can provide pressure and non-pressure equipment meeting European technical standards with cost effective manufacture of pressure equipment from Asia, all built to the exacting ASME code.
Syn2gen were appointed by the RCMA Group to be the Principal Contractor and Lead Designer for the RCMA Project located at Stratford Upon Avon. This project includes a 100,000tpa rapeseed crushing plant with all power and heat supplied by a Virgin Biomass CHP plant located alongside the facility. The CHP plant will supply up to 1.8MWe of renewable electrical power, 3.5MWth of heat as steam, and 5MWth of 90°C hot water and meet all criteria required for eligibility to obtain ROCs and RHI support.
